sama ng loob

ang sama ng loob ay hindi natin dapat itago, kundi maari tayong mag kasakit emosyonal at pisikal. Ito ay nakaka stress, kaya dapat natin itong pakawalan. dahil wlaang mangyayari kung ikikimkim mo lamang ito. Sa prosesong pag pakawala ng sama ng loob para na ring pinatawad mo na ang taong nag kasala sa iyo. Naging mabuti ka na sa sarili mong kapakanan naging mabuti ka pa sa mata ng ating Diyos. Dapat tayong magmahalan. :) kaya ilabas lng ang sama ng loob!
